Beyond the salon, I have spent the past decade as a Master Cosmetology Educator, sharing my knowledge and passion with aspiring beauty professionals. I find joy in empowering the next generation of stylists, helping them build confidence, refine their skills, and discover their own potential.
At the heart of everything I do is a God-given passion for making a difference through beauty. Whether it’s caring for a longtime client, creating a fresh new look, or mentoring a future stylist, my mission remains the same: to cultivate confidence, inspire excellence, and ensure every person she serves leaves with a smile.

As a Master Stylist, Cosmetology Educator, and founder of Tiffany’s Vision, I’ve combined my years of expertise with a passion for luxury hair care, personalized service, and helping women look and feel their very best.
My journey in the beauty industry has included working as a hair and makeup artist for the Dallas Mavericks Dancers from 2002–2004 and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders from 2005–2006, along with providing beauty services for celebrity and high-profile clients. These experiences helped shape my commitment to excellence, creativity, and delivering exceptional results.
In 2005, I turned my focus toward growing Tiffany’s Vision, creating a space where professional women could experience elevated hair care tailored to their individual needs. My approach goes beyond the finished style. I prioritizes hair health, thoughtful consultations, and personalized care to help each client achieve beautiful, manageable hair that complements her lifestyle and reflects her unique beauty.
